Log in and click Add Repair Job. Enter customer details, pattern lock and fault info. Then print a Receipt/Job Card instantly.

Update Status & Notify

Change the job status to "Ready for Pickup". The system will automatically trigger an SMS/WhatsApp alert to the customer.

Complete & Invoice

Mark the job as "Collected". The system will generate a final Tax Invoice separating your service charges and spare parts costs.

Is this a real working system?
Yes! This is the full version of CorteX Repair Intake running live. You can create test jobs, print receipts, and check reports to see exactly how it works.
Do I need to pay extra for SMS notifications?
The plugin integrates with Notify.lk (Sri Lankan gateway). You will need your own Notify.lk account and API key. WhatsApp messages are sent via standard web links or paid API integrations if requested.
Does it work with my thermal printer?
Yes. The system supports standard 80mm and 58mm Thermal Printers as well as normal A4/A5 printers. You can switch print modes in the settings.
I have a Garage / Auto Care center. Can I use this?
Absolutely. You can switch the "Shop Type" to Auto Care in settings. This changes fields like "Serial Number" to "License Plate" and adds mileage/fuel tracking.
Is my customer data safe?
Since this is a WordPress plugin, all data stays on your own website/server. We do not have access to your customer records or income reports.
